How do I avail Z Selling?

A: Subscribe any of our Z selling packages and share your product details together with your account details and we will start selling your product on our website.

How much do I need to pay?

A: We have two packages (6 months (£100) and 12 months (£180)). There are no hidden charges besides this. But, Zoshen Market deducts a commission automatically on each sell. 

How do I get my money?

A: We will transfer the money against the sell directly to your account after getting confirmation about delivery from the client.

 What do I need do to sell my products on zoshenmarket.com?

A: You don’t need to do anything apart from getting money in your account. We will create your account and advertise your products on zoshenmarket.com and our social media accounts.

What kinds of resources my buyers can access through Z Selling?

A: We facilitate the buyers to access all the resources including payment gateway and shopping cart, and more.

What do I need to do for smooth shipment?

A: For shipment, you can make arrangements with us. You should keep the goods ready to deliver to the clients. We will transfer your money after getting confirmation about delivery.

Can I give my goods to you?

A: If you want, we can keep your goods but you need to pay us a storage fee along with insurance. Contact our customer care to gather more information.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

A: You can check the stock availability of a product on our website. We update our website if any product is not available in stock. But, if any product is not available for a particular location or we come to know about ‘out of stock’ condition at the time of shipment, we will inform you.     

How much do you charge for shipment?

A: It depends on the size and weight of the consignment. The shipping cost includes handling and packing fee together with postal charges. The shipment charges are included in the bill that you can check when you check-out.

How do I return the faulty products?

A: You can return the damaged or faulty products as per our return policy. Check Terms & Conditions to know more.
