Zoshen Market is committed to make fast and safe delivery to the clients. After getting a request for product along with payment, we dispatch the consignment within two working days. Depending on the nature and size of the products, we ship the products via Post Office, Zexpress, DHL, Fedex and UPS, etc.

Our clients can choose a UPS extra with necessary signature at the time of placing the order and they are supposed to pay extra charges for the same. It is advised to contact us before selecting this method.

Our shipping charges consist of handling and packing fee along with postal charges. Handing charges are flat, but transport fee may vary according to total weight and size of the consignment. We can’t combine two different orders placed independently and shipping charges are applied to each order. We suggest you to combine your goods in single order to save on shipping fee.   


We have easy return policy in case of faulty products for our clients. You can return the products in harmony with and pursuant to application regulations if - 

  • You have received any damaged or faulty product
  • A product develops a fault after you receive it
  • A product does not match the description given on the site.

The item you want to return must be unused and in original box. You can make a request to return the product with original packing, tag, bills, images of damaged products and other proofs.  We advise you to contact our customer care expert before returning any stuff. After getting your request, our representatives will pick-up the product from you and then deliver the order again. Remember, the return shipping cost will be charged from buyers.

It needs to be noted that any provision does not leave behind your fundamental legal rights in this regard.
